EXCELLENT: These devices show very minimal signs of use. There may be tiny, hardly noticeable scratches or marks on the case or screen, but no chips or dents. Battery health is good (80%+). Overall, the phone looks very clean and well cared for.

GOOD: These devices have noticeable but moderate signs of use. You might see some light to moderate scratches, scuffs, or small dents, especially on the frame or back. The screen is clear but may have light scratches visible when turned on. Battery health is good (80%+). The phone is fully functional and shows it has been used but well maintained.

ACCEPTABLE: These devices show heavy wear and tear with deep scratches, chips, or dents. The screen may have visible scratches or small chips on the edges. The body may have dents or marks but the device remains fully functional with no broken parts. Battery health is still good (80%+). The phone works but clearly shows signs of extended use.
